A disgusted mum is crying out for people to pick up their litter and dog poo after her son fell and suffered a "face full of" dog poo.
Alice Johnson and her 18-month-old boy Finn enjoy looking after their Ascot community by picking up litter on their daily walks.

Whilst she was picking up the litter her son stepped into a puddle and fell into dog poo.
She said: "I'm a nanny and a nursery practitioner and I have heard from friends that I shouldn't take my child or others to the racecourse because the litter that gets left is vile. That just makes me so sad as there is a beautiful park and allot of space we can explore.
"When I picked up most of the bits of litter he was allowed to explore and be free, when he found a funky looking puddle to jump in, I got him out and he was covered in dog poo! He was upset because he got a face full of it."
The single mum recognises there are polite dog walkers and that they pick up their pet's mess.

However, people are still dog fouling and this issue needs to be addressed.
She added "I have to say everyone walking their dogs were so polite all had doggy bags to pick up their mess but clearly some people don't pay enough attention. It's about being vigilant and just teaching people of all ages and who live around this how they can look after their environment just that bit better. And kinder to their community!"
The ordeal hasn't stopped the mum and son from picking litter as they regularly collect bags of rubbish. She also wants her son Finn to understand the importance of protecting the environment.
The nursery practitioner added: "I was asked by so many walkers why I do it and how I got a litter pick. Why? So I can show Finn that looking after the environment is important. So I can stop the local wildlife getting damaged and put just something in to my local community to help out."
