WICK Hill is the area of Bracknell Forest that recorded the highest number of Covid-19 cases last week.
As the borough enters Tier 4 restrictions, all areas in Bracknell Forest also reported an increase in cases over the past seven days.
Public Health England has broken down the data to show the number of confirmed cases recorded in local neighbourhoods, which are known as Middle Super Output Areas (MSOAs).

The latest figures show 491 people tested positive for the virus in Bracknell Forest between December 10 and December 17 – that’s 245 more than in the previous week.
Wick Hill was the area of Bracknell Forest which recorded the most cases in the past seven days according to latest available data, reporting 49 new transmissions.
However, Great Hollands and Hanworth West saw the greatest jump in cases, with 25 more reported this week in both areas compared to last week.
Crowthorne North reported the fewest cases in the past seven days at just 18.

Crown Wood saw the smallest jump in transmissions, reporting five more compared to the previous week.

Bracknell Forest’s seven-day infection rate once again shot up from 359.9 per 100,000 people in the seven days up to Wednesday, December 16 to 400.7 in the seven days up to Thursday, December 17.
The government has imposed Tier 4 restrictions on all areas of Berkshire, following a rapid rise in Covid-19 cases which has been driven by a new strain of the virus.
It means non-essential shops, hairdressers, and leisure and entertainment venues have been closed and people are being urged to stay home as much as possible.
