Bracknell Forest has begun 2021 with above average levels of Covid-19 — and with Bullbrook and Wildridings among the highest in the country.
In the seven days up to January 1, Bullbrook had a rolling rate of 1,029.0 cases per 100,000 residents — the standard by which the Covid levels are measured.
The towns recorded 105 cases between them, in just one week.
It has put the area into the highest level on the government's interactive map.
Central Bracknell and Wildridings is also among highest in the country for Covid cases with a rolling rate of 925.8 per 100,000.
In the same high-level category were the areas of Great Hollands (981.6), Owlsmoor & Broadmoor (917.4), and Binfield & Popeswood (941.2).

The lowest rate on the area could be found in Crowthorne South, with 660.9 per 100,000 people.
The data per 100,000 lags behind by five days, but has been rising since around December 8.
Bracknell Forest now has the second-highest weekly infection rate in Berkshire, behind only Slough.
Since the pandemic began, the borough has recorded 4,393 coronavirus cases.
