A number of areas across Bracknell Forest have coronavirus infection rates of less than 400 cases per 100,000 people.
According to the government’s interactive map, the majority of Bracknell Forest is showing as purple, meaning rates are above 400.

However, three areas in the borough have covid rates less than 400, showing a decline in positive cases.
Owlsmoor & Broadmoor has the highest infection rate with 784.3 cases per 100,000 in the seven days leading up to January 12.
In total, 10 areas across Bracknell Forest were showing as a ‘hotspot’, meaning rates were above 400.
Great Hollands recorded 71 cases in those seven days, giving a rate of 600.8.
Elsewhere, Crowthorne North, Crowthorne South, Priestwood and Winkfield & Cranbourne were the only areas in the borough to have a rate of less than 400.
