And according to Zoopla, these streets in Berkshire have the highest value.
1. Fulmer Rise, Slough
The average price for property in Fulmer Rise stood at £6,005,843 in January 2021.
This is a rise of 0.19 per cent in the last three months (since October 2020) and rise of 6.77 per cent since 12 months ago.
In terms of property types, flats in Fulmer Rise sold for an average of £241,067 and terraced houses for £346,235.
This is according to the current Zoopla estimates.
2. Ferry Lane, Reading
The average price for property in Ferry Lane stood at £2,276,721 in January 2021.
This is a fall of 0.16 per cent in the last three months (since October 2020) and rise of 6.24 per cent since 12 months ago.
In terms of property types, flats in Ferry Lane sold for an average of £301,799 and terraced houses for £407,382.

3. Middle Green, George Green, Slough
The average price for property in Middle Green stood at £2,229,549 in January 2021.
This is a rise of 0.19 per cent in the last three months (since October 2020) and rise of 6.77 per cent since 12 months ago.
In terms of property types, flats in Middle Green sold for an average of £241,067 and terraced houses for £361,075.

4. Stoke Park Avenue, Farnham Royal, Slough
The average price for property in Stoke Park Avenue stood at £2,211,963 in January 2021.
This is a rise of 0.13 per cent in the last three months (since October 2020) and rise of 5.69 per cent since 12 months ago.
In terms of property types, flats in Stoke Park Avenue sold for an average of £220,514 and terraced houses for £313,581.

5. Bridle Way, Goring, Reading

The average price for property in Bridle Way stood at £2,120,206 in January 2021.
This is a fall of 0.14 per cent in the last three months (since October 2020) and rise of 3.92 per cent since 12 months ago.
In terms of property types, flats in Bridle Way sold for an average of £375,185 and terraced houses for £437,035.
