AN 'ADORABLE' housebound feline is looking for his forever home after searching for a new owner for a whole year.
Buddy the 'big' cat is currently under the care of Bracknell and Wokingham districts branch of Cats Protection.
But the 'heartbroken' team are desperate to find the 'loving' furry friend his forever home to grow old in.

Buddy has been diagnosed with a condition called Feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) which means he cannot go outside. The virus leaves Buddy very vulnerable to many other infections which means he cannot mix with other cats.
He previously was allowed outside before diagnosis, and his current owners said he can't understand why he has to stay indoors.
Despite this, the charity says cats with FIV can live a long and happy life, they simply cannot mix with other cats.
Lynne Pothecary, of Bracknell and Wokingham Districts Cats Protection, said: "Buddy is absolutely adorable.
"He is big, and I mean BIG. He loves sitting on laps, which is amazing, as how he stays on your lap defies logic.
"He talks a lot, especially when he wants food. The good thing about his food is that he likes it.
"Maximum of four pouches a day, with added water, is all he asks for. He uses his litter tray and doesn't make a mess."
The charity said it has been looking to rehome Buddy for a year and he had been rehomed twice but returned.
Ms Pothecary added: "Both homes were lovely, and it is through no fault of his new owners that he had to come back to us."
To home Buddy a property would need to have a cat-proofed garden, not a Catio, no young children or children visitors, and be a house not a flat.
The charity also said the owner would need to be prepared to brush Buddy everyday, not mind a furry cat, and would have to purchase Hills urinary C/D pouches.
Buddy has urinary problem, that is believed to be stress related with previous owners. But the charity said having been with his fosterer for more than three months there has not been a problem.
Ms Pothecary said: "We don't know if this is because of the new food, or because he likes his home.

"His fosterer experienced Buddy's problem after he had an investigation at the vet, and it lasted 24 hours and hasn't happened since."
The charity said anyone interested in helping the loving furry companion find his forever home, they can have an open and frank discussion about his history and their experience looking after him.
"If you are interested and can give this big gorgeous boy the loving home that he deserves, then please contact the branch" she added.
