A DRIVER in Wokingham has been arrested for "failing the road side breath test".
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing tweeted this morning to explain it had pulled over a driver in Wokingham.
The tweet said: "The driver of this car pinged our onboard camera saying it had no insurance.

"Stopped in #wokingham and checks carried out!"
The force said the driver had "no insurance" and "no full driving licence".
It added officers "noticed a distinct smell".
The driver was "arrested for failing the road side breath test".
