The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Court:
December 19:

ROBERTO RICCARDI, 57, of Terrace Road South, Binfield, admitted drug driving on Wokingham Road, Bracknell, on May 21. Found to have more than 200mcg cocaine in the blood. Fined £70. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
December 21:
PAIGE SURMAN, 26, of Fernbank Crescent, Ascot, convicted: dangerously drivng on London Road, Ascot, on August 10. Community order made, including 40 hours unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
STEPHEN GOODFELLOW, 32, of Norreys Avenue, Wokingham, admitted drink driving on Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, on November 8. Found to have 71mcg alcohol per 100ml breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge, and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

IONUT ABABEI, 27, of Pineridge Park Homes, Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham, admitted driving whilst disqualified on Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, on March 29, 2020. Also admitted driving without third party insurance on Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, on March 29, 2020. Fined £600 total. Also ordered to pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 3 months.
