Well Bracknell and its surrounding areas boasts an array of commercial offerings, and local businesses have long been supported by residents across the town.
This week we delved into the market on Rightmove to see what commercial listings were currently up for grabs with some interesting findings.

Fines Bayliwick Hotel, Bracknell
This London Road is on the market and described as comprising of 20 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, arranged over ground, first and second floors with gardens to the front and car parking to the side.
The listing says the current owners have operated the hotel - rated 3.5 stars out of 5 on TripAdvisor - for more tha 40 years and have now decided to retire.
The Fines Bayliwick Hotel also has a bonus history including grounds in which the house now stands being reputably part of a walk and hunting area used extensively by James I in the early seventeenth century when this land was part of Windsor Forest.
It is on the market currently with a guide price of £2,500,000.
Thai Elephant Restaurant, Twyford

The site, whose current tenants are the Thai Elephant Restaurant, is currently on the market to find a new owner. It is described as a Grade II listed building with parts in place from the 18th Century.
It has a guide price of £350,000.

This local off licence, described as being well stocked, is on the market for £49,995.
It is described as a business opportunity ready for expansion of the business.
The advert says the business is being sold with a three-bed flat located above which is currently being rented out. It currently boasts a large range of wines, beers, ciders, spirits, champagnes and sparkling wines, cigarettes, vaping fluids and lighters. Plus groceries, confectionery, and household essentials.
It has been with the current owner - who is retiring - since 2012 and previously ran as a Threshers Wine Shop.
