IF you have ever dreamed of being a hotel owner now could be your chance.
A hotel business is up for sale in Bracknell and is listed on Rightmove for £2,500,000.
Fines Bayliwick Hotel on London Road is situated close to Bracknell town centre and has a restaurant and function room.
Rightmove explains there is also a conference room/ lounge and car parking too.

The existing property has 20 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms arranged over ground, first and second floors.
Rightmove said the hotel was originally built as a manor house in the nineteenth century and has recent extensions to the side and rear of the property.
Fines Bayliwick Hotel is located in Binfield and is about 18 miles from Heathrow Airport.
Rightmove's website explains the grounds where the house stands were allegedly used by James I as a walk and hunting area in the early seventeenth century.

This was when the land was part of Windsor Forest.
Inside the hotel there is a two bedroom owner/manager's apartment on the second floor with two bathrooms and a lounge.
Rightmove said the owners have owned and operated the hotel for more than 40 years but have decided to retire.
