The first market day since the lockdown took place on April 25, with the next event scheduled for May 30.
Entry to the market is free, and covid-regulations are in place for attendees looking to buy animal-free food, drinks, homeware, skincare and other products.
Cllr Marc Brunel-Walker, Executive Member for Economic Development and Regeneration said: "The vegan market was very popular last year and it's great to see it return.
"It will complement our weekly market, giving more choice to our residents. I am looking forward to watching the market grow in size and popularity over the coming months.
