But occasionally the Golden Arches are not the fast-food havens we all know and love.
We’ve scoured through the court lists to find all the people who have appeared at Berkshire courts accused of offences at McDonald’s.

Mohhamed Sallah, of Mount Pleasant Road, Dartford, was fined £110 after he dropped a cigarette on the floor outside the McDonald’s on Bean Road.
The 32-year-old, whose name doesn’t sound dissimilar to Liverpool FC forward Mohamed Salah, was also told to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £100.
Sallah appeared at Slough Magistrates Court on Friday, February 26.

Another man, Sale Ale, was fined the same amount as Sallah for dropping a cigarette at the same location in October 2020.
The 24-year-old, of Spring Vale North, Dartford, also appeared at Slough Magistrates Court on Friday, February 26.
Kathleen Connors, of Cumbrae Close, Slough, was reprimanded by the same court in November 2020 for being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The 52-year-old was caught drunk at the McDonald’s on Buckingham Avenue in October 2020.
She was only ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22, however.

Shamile Hamed, of Earls Lane, Slough, was handed a community order after committing fraud at McDonald’s at Ashford in September 2019.
The 36-year-old appeared at Slough Magistrates Court in December 2020 after pleading guilty to using someone else’s credit card to purchase £7.18 of fast-food.
Hamed also used the card to make purchases under a different name at Tesco in Ashford, Sainsbury’s in Staines and at a BP petrol station in Slough.

And finally, Paul Thatcher, of De Montfort Road, Reading, appeared at Reading Magistrates Court in November 2020 charged with committing fraud at a McDonald’s restaurant in the town.
He was accused of using a bank card belonging to someone else to make a fast-food purchase worth £6.47.
Following the hearing he was remanded on bail.
