A FOOD and wine shop business is up for sale in Sandhurst.
The Treasure Food and Wine shop on Yorktown Road is on the market for £49,995 and is listed on Rightmove.
Rightmove explains the shop was established in its current format in 2012.
The owner is now selling the business so they can retire.

The business previously ran as a Threshers Wine Shop.
The business is being sold with a three bedroom flat located above which is currently being rented out for £950 per month.
Currently the business is led by the off licence side, selling a large range of wines, beers, ciders, spirits, champagnes and sparkling wines, cigarettes, vaping fluids and lighters.
The grocery lines include confectionery, crisps and snacks, bagged sweets, large range of soft drinks and juices, small range of ice lollies, household essentials, small range of greeting cards, toiletries, tinned foods, mobile accessories and more.

The current owner suggested any new owner could expand the convenience side of the business to introduce items like fresh bread and snacks to go.
They also suggested adding lottery and extending the current opening hours.
