HOMELESS people in temporary accommodation in Bracknell are not being forced onto the streets, the council has said.
It comes after a member from the Lighthouse Program in Binfield heard claims that their accommodation was stopping next week.
A resident raised concerns about this to the News after they received a tip-off to say "all of the homeless currently in B&B'S were told they were being sent back to the streets'.
However, the council said they are not aware of any issues regarding bed and breakfasts ending accommodation for homeless people in Bracknell.

Sarah Gee, assistant director for early help and communities, said: “The council is not currently aware of any issues relating to bed and breakfast premises ending the provision of accommodation for homeless people in Bracknell Forest.
"If any residents become aware of this situation arising or have any concerns, they should email: Rough.SleeperTeam@bracknell-forest.gov.uk so that we can look into any claims.”
