ONE takeaway in Bracknell has reached the finals to be named the best restaurant chain in the UK.
Churchill’s fish and chips, Bracknell in Harmans Water has been named as a finalist in the British Takeaway Awards.
The chippy has received high praise on Tripadvisor reviews and has got excellent reviews on Facebook.

This time round, the takeaway is battling to be named the best restaurant chain in the UK.
All businesses must have an FSA of 4 or above, or the equivalent of a PASS in Scotland for the restaurant or takeaway they are entering.
Best Restaurant Chain winners will receive £5,000 in cash, £200 per site to spend at Just Eat shop and a trophy.
The British Takeaway Awards has been running for six years and recognises local takeaways for their contribution to the economy and their dedication to serving communities with their cuisines.

Finalist had to answer a number of question about why they should claim the title, as well as having to get as many customer to vote for them as possible.
The next stage is a mystery shop and then a judging panel will grill the five finalist.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on September 6.
