A MAN from Bracknell has been handed a sexual harm prevention order for 20 years after possessing indecent images.
Barry Catlin, 58 of Crowthorne Road, Bracknell, appeared in Reading Crown Court on Monday, July 12.
He faced three charges of possession of indecent photographs and one charge for breaching a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
Catlin was handed an 18 month suspended sentence. He must also attend rehabilitation for 40 days.

The judge also issued Catlin with a sexual harm prevention order of 20 years.
SHPO's prevent a person from engaging in a particular activity. This could mean not being allowed to visit places where it is likely there will be many children e.g. a playground in a park, no access to the internet without installed computer monitoring software and no deleting of internet history.

Police are also required to go to your home without giving you notice, to ensure that you are complying with your conditions.
