The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates' Courts

October 4

FAITH NAHABOO, 26 of Brittain Court, Sandhurst, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on two occasions in July and August 2021. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months due to wilful and persistent failure to comply with the requirements of a community order. Must pay costs of £60. 

October 7

CHARLIE PEARCE, 23, of Budges Road, Wokingham, admitted using racially aggravated behaviour towards a police officer in Wokingham on November 16, 2019. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for six months. Must pay compensation of £40. 

October 8

COLIN HILL, 40, of Nicholson Park, Bracknell, admitted driving under the influence of cocaine in Stockton on Tees on October 2, 2020. Banned from driving for 36 months and fined £461. Must pay £131 court fees.
