Developers have submitted a plan to demolish a house and build nine new homes in a village near Ascot.
The applicant Antler Homes has applied to demolish Larkfield in Chavey Down Road, Winkfield Row, and build nine homes on the field to its rear.
Larkfield would be demolished to make way for an access road to the proposed homes, with all nine having four bedrooms each.
Each house comes with two exterior parking spaces and one garage space.
Satellite images show four garden buildings on the field to the rear of Larkfield which will also be demolished as part of the plan.

The proposed development has received one objection from a neighbour in Locks Ride, arguing it would have a detrimental impact on the character of the area and the Thames Basins Heath Special Protection Area (SPA).
Developers seeking to build on the SPA have to demonstrate that any new scheme or plan will not adversely affect the integrity of the local habitat.
Additionally, the objection letter states: “The site is not sustainably located. It is not in reasonable walking distance of key facilities such as shops, post office, doctors or a dentist, and there is an infrequent bus service during the week and is very limited over weekend, with no buses on Sunday.”
Winkfield Row falls under Bracknell Forest Council.

It is understood the the applicant Antler Homes have lodged an appeal against a decision to refuse a previous plan for 10 homes on the site on May 21, 2021.
Therefore, Antler Homes is seeking to either build 10 or nine homes on the site, depending on the success of its appeal.

If the appeal is approved, the developers will build seven four-bedroom detached houses, two four-bedroom bungalows, and a three-bedroom bungalow on the field.
Going further back, an application by housebuilders Vanderbilt Homes (application 18/00119/FUL) to build 10 homes on the field and demolish a house called Tuscany was rejected by planning officer Simon Roskily in September 2018 and an appeal was dismissed by the Planning Inspectorate in June the following year.
Antler Homes has six completed developments in Berkshire: Queens Rise and Sovereign Mews in Ascot, The Limes in Warfield, Roebuck Grange in Windsor and Woodland Meadows and Mulbery Place in Woodley.
