The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts

MANNTANSIR AHMED, 42, of Kingbridge Cottages, Wokingham, admitted failing to provide a breath test when requested at Loddon Valley Police Station on March 16, 2021. Also admitted two counts of using threatening behaviour to cause harassment or distress at the same location on the same date and on March 1, 2020 in Reading. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months due to the severity of the offence. Banned from driving for 10 months. Fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and must pay £428 in court fees.
