POLICE have dropped a murder investigation into a man who died in the Twin Bridges Roundabout underpass earlier this year.
Agapito de Sousa from Bracknell was found with a serious head injury in the early hours of the morning on April 25.
Two days later he did in hospital and a murder investigation was launched.
Four men were arrested in connection with the investigation and have all been released with no further action to be taken.

Thames Valley Police’s Major Crime Unit said they are "no longer treating this as a murder investigation."
A file has now been prepared for the coroner.
Senior Investigating Officer Detective Superintendent Stuart Bosley, said: “Our investigation into this tragic incident has been ongoing for several months, and we are now in a position to confirm that we are no longer treating this as a murder investigation.
“Our thoughts remain with Mr de Sousa’s family, and the case has now been passed to the coroner for a full inquest into the circumstances.
“I would like to pass on my thanks to all those who came forward with information during this investigation, and would also like to pay tribute to Mr de Sousa’s family and friends for their dignity and understanding while this was ongoing.”
