Bracknell's mass vaccination centre at Waitrose HQ is operating at full capacity.
It is no longer offering walk-ins due to a surge in demand.
Bracknell & District Primary Care Network have told residents not to visit the site unless they have a booking.
In a statement online, they said: "Following the Prime Ministers announcement, your local NHS and its partners are working extremely hard to roll out the COVID-19 booster vaccination programme to our communities.

"We are working really hard to create as many vaccination appointments as possible, and all patients will be invited for their booster dose at the right time. Please bear with us. In order to be able to vaccinate our own local community population as priority, we will not be offering walk in appointments or appointments via the National Booking System which are open to anyone.
"We will contact you by phone or by text. If you want to see what other options are available at alternative sites, please use the National Booking System or call 119.
