Lily Hill Park

This beautiful walking route boasts a Green Flag award and features beautiful trees perfect for that woodland escape.

The 23-hectre public open space is located less than a mile from the town centre, with endless fields and woodlands to enjoy in the fresh winter breeze.

As well as the park’s enormous redwood tree (which is hard to miss), you will also find England’s longest picnic bench. A perfect resting point for the whole family after walking off your delicious Christmas dinner.

This walking route really lets you connect with nature and the acres of restored heritage parkland are there for you to enjoy.

Swinley Forest

Visit Swinley Forest to feel like you're in a children's fairy-tale book. The forest boosts adorable toad stalls deep in the forest and it's fantastic walking routes beneath.

It has excellent pathways to keep you dry from the mud and has seven miles worth of walking routes.

The green-flag award winning grounds host a variety of floral and fauna to enjoy on a relaxing afternoon walk.

Organised in conjunction with Bracknell Forest Council, the relaxing walk explores the new nature of the park created for visitors and locals to enjoy in peace and tranquillity.

Simons Wood

If you happen to live close to Finchampstead, then Simons Wood is definitely another gorgeous nirvana to visit. With broadleaf woodland, pine forest and open heathland, it is part of National Trust and open for visitors all year round.
