Windsor nightclub Atik where missing teenager Marnine Clayton was last seen is working with police, the Observer can report.

Thames Valley Police are searching for the 18-year-old Bracknell woman who disappeared after leaving the William Street venue on Sunday morning.

When the Observer contacted Atik this morning, a spokesman confirmed they were working with the authorities.

They told our reporter: "Everyone we know we have given to the police."

A short time later, the nightclub released a statement on Facebook after receiving criticism for not addressing her disappearance earlier.

The post said: "We are really concerned about the disappearance of Marnie Clayton and we have been working with the police all weekend on their investigation, and will continue to do so.

"We join everyone in hoping she is found safe and well."
