A TRUSTY police dog called Hooch managed to sniff out a man hiding in a garage.
Police rushed to Oxford Road in Wokingham at 3.30 am on Monday, January 17, following reports of a suspicious man being seen in a resident's garage.
Officers searched the area, including a police dog handler and his four-legged friend Hooch.

PD Hooch worked hard whilst investigations took place, tracking a scent which led too the man.
Thames Valley Police arrested a man on suspicion of burglary
Residents have also been urged to check their garages to make sure nothing has been stolen.

Police said: "A male was detained nearby. Whilst this was going on, PD Hooch was hard at work tracking a scent which led back too… you guessed it, the detained male.
"Male arrested for Burglary. PD Hooch one, Burglar nil.
"Please can all residents on Oxford Road check their garages to make sure they are not victims of crime. If you have been, please contact 101."
