The restoration of a grade II listed mansion is underway at Sunningdale Park’s new £100 million retirement complex.
Set in the beautiful grounds of Sunningdale Park, Ascot, the luxury housing village will centre around the neo-Georgian mansion, Northcote House.
This will be home to the Audley Club with facilities including a library, restaurant and bar, swimming pool and luxury health club.
At the completion, Audley Sunningdale Park will consist of 103 one, two and three bedroom apartments and luxury cottages, covering a 16.5 acre site.
Northcote House was originally built in 1931 by Sir Hugo Cunliffe-Owen, the President of the British-American Tobacco Company and will now be restored to it’s former glory.
