Speculations were rife in Ascot yesterday as to what the mysterious film crew were doing around town.
It was reported that cameras along with a crew were spotted at the entrance of Mill Ride Golf Club in Ascot yesterday morning.
A spokeperson from Mill Ride Golf Club said: “We’re not sure what was going on. A member informed us it may be part of a comedy sketch.”

According to social media, the group was seen in multiple locations throughout the area.
In the past, Ascot has always been a sought-after destination for filming. With historic buildings to lush landscapes, it is the perfect backdrop for any film big or small.
In April 2021, Netflix submitted a planning application to use the royal estate in Sunningdale Park as the set for their first season of ‘Bridgerton’. In the end the application was denied but Ascot still remains one of the most sought after and beautiful areas for filming.
