DRIVERS have been warned their cars could be 'clamped' if they park overnight in Mill Park.
A sign has been put up near McDonald's drive-thru in Mill Lane, Bracknell about new rules with parking.
It says: "This car park is for park users only. Overnight parking is prohibited. Time is 4 hours thereafter a fine and the possibility of being clamped."
Questions have been raised by residents over how it will be policed.
One resident thinks the parking rules will prevent McDonald's customers from littering empty packets in the park.

One woman said: "This should hopefully keep all the idiots from having car meets and chucking their McDonald's rubbish all over the car park for it to be blown into the pond."
Another resident said the rules will make her feel safer when out jogging.
Adding: "I live near there and jog round mill pond regularly with my dogs.1. The rubbish left is disgusting but 2. The amount of times I've been jogging and been made to feel uncomfortable with groups from cars talking or shouting comments at me is unreal, there's been twice I've honestly jogged the next mile looking behind me. Since it has been locked I feel much safer and less awkward jogging round there of an evening."
Councillor Thomas Parker (lib dem) said: "I think that any changes of this nature need to be done with the users of the car park also engaged in the discussion.
"Whilst there are lots of negative things the car park could be used for at night, there also may be people parking there for fair reasons. Overall however I hope the changes will do good on combating litter that builds up in these places and ruins an otherwise great local amenity of Mill Park."
Bracknell Town Council said the signs have been put up in a bid to prevent visitors parking overnight.
A spokesman at Bracknell Town Council said: "The signs have been put up as there has been an increasing number of vehicles parked at Mill Park car park all day and overnight which limits spaces for people wishing to visit the Recreation Ground – the sign is just a polite reminder that the car park is for people using the recreation ground."
