Bracknell’s newest hotel put their best foot forward and welcomed the local community to their launch event.
Village hotel officially opened their doors to the public this month offering a range of services and facilities to their guests and to Bracknell residents.
Within their 33 hotels throughout the country, they have said that they pride themselves in offering a ‘no frills’ experience, that not only offer a service but can also give something back to the community they are part of.

The charity event that was held to officially launch the hotel’s community green initiatives involved a thread-a-thon where the Village Club team went head-to-head with local Bracknell community groups to help raise money for the Pilgrim Hearts Trust.
Nicola Mason, the marketing director of Village hotels said:
“This week we have fully opened our brand-new hotel in Bracknell, so we wanted to get our opening off to a great start with our village green and community initiative.
“Being in the heart of the local community is a really really important part of what we do at village so we have been working with the hotel and the local charitable organisations and thinking about what we can do to support the local community in Bracknell.”
“We’re delighted, we’ve had a fantastic day today. We’ve collected over 620 socks for local homeless people, who through the winter months are in desperate need of warmth and comfort. We’re just doing our bit to help.”
“We wanted to make sure we were doing our bit in Bracknell like we have all over the UK.”

The new director of sales at Village club hotel in Bracknell, Danielle Enderson said: “It’s been great to see so many people in the local community come out and support our event today.
“We’ve had two treadmills running today. One is run by the village hotel and the other is run by people in the community.
“The total donations raised today will be matched by the village hotel club if the community treadmill can beat the village treadmill.”
The hotel has already organised events with local charitable organisations in the near future and are the newest sponsors to the Bracknell under-16 football team.
