Two men are in hospital after being stabbed in the face and neck in a fight in Wokingham.
Thames Valley Police believe that at around 3am on Sunday, February 13, two victims, both young men, left the GIG House in Denmark Street, to catch a taxi.
They were then involved in a fight which resulted in both of the victims being stabbed.
The victims suffered stab wounds to the face and neck and were taken to Royal Berkshire Hospital for further treatment, where they both remain.
The force said that a 23-year-old man from Frimley has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article in a public place, using threatening and abusive language to cause harassment, and attempting to cause GBH with intent.
A 23-year-old man from Wokingham has also been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Yong Chung, based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “This assault happened in the early hours of the morning and I am confident that someone will have witnessed what happened so I am appealing to anybody who saw this to get in touch with police.
“I would be particularly keen to hear from anybody who was driving in the area and may have dash-cam footage, or who may have any mobile phone footage.
