TWO SLOUGH men and another man from Berkshire have been released after being arrested in relation to a stabbing at a party in Leicester.

The duo from Slough, both 22, and the man from Berkshire, 23, were all arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Their arrests came following an incident at a party in Leicester on close to midnight on January 20 in which a man in his twenties suffered a stab wound.

He remains in a stable condition.

The trio from Berkshire have now been released on police bail alongside three men from Middlesex and a man from Hertfordshire.

On February 16, Leicestershire Police confirmed they had arrested a 20-year-old woman, of Leicester, on suspicion of attempting to pervert the course of justice in connection with the incident.

The investigation into the incident remains ongoing.

Detective Inspector Rob Arthur, from the force’s Complex Investigation team, said: “Our enquiries remain very much ongoing and we remain keen to speak to anyone who may have any information about what happened that we have not spoken to.
