MET OFFICE forecasters say the cold, wet and windy weather could be behind us as a ‘mini-heatwave’ is set to hit the UK later this week – but what’s the outlook in Berkshire?
Some parts of the country will be warmer than Rome this week as temperatures are set to peak at 19 °C.
The long-range weather forecast is also looking promising with “temperatures expected to be mild to very mild for most” between March 19 and 28.
However, enjoy it while it lasts as forecasters have warned that the wet and windy weather could return at the end of April.
