The towns annual Party in the Park is back again this year for a special celebration.
Wokingham Town Council and the team behind Wokingham’s International Street Concert have organised the event to celebrate the Queen’s platinum jubilee.
The event will host live music from the 1950’s, the decade of Her Majesty’s coronation, right through to current times - including Supersonic Queen, regarded as one of the UK’s best Queen Tribute Bands.

Chair of Arts and Culture Committee, Sally Gurney, said: “We are delighted that the return of this amazing event is perfectly timed with this auspicious occasion, and what better way to celebrate than with more music, more space, and more going on.”
Other tribute acts playing include Peggy Sue and the Jukebox Jives, Midnight Soul Sisters, Trenchtown Experience, Spice! And Fully Funktional.
As well as live music, there will also be food, drink and activities for children.
