A leading amateur dramatic and musical society will be celebrating it’s 70th birthday this year.
East Berkshire Operatic Society which is based in the Pinewood Theatre in Wokingham has been a vital part of the local arts community through the years.
The charitable organisation has produced many shows that have provided a great sense of community involvement and a creative outlet for theatre lovers throughout East Berkshire.
The am dram company regularly produces shows that are performed in their own Pinewood Theatre and at The Wilde Theatre at South Hill Park.
Their latest production, The Boyfriend will take place at South Hill Park from May 3 to May 7 and include a variety of new and returning actors to the stage.
