A popular fast-food chain has announced the opening of their new franchise in Princess Square.
The long-awaited Wimpy which is returning to Bracknell after 40 years has confirmed that plans are well underway to open the new restaurant in early summer.
Work has already begun to transform the premises in Princess Square, bringing at least 20 jobs to the town.

Husband and wife team Del and Sukhi Ghosal, will be at the helm of Wimpy Bracknell as franchisees.
Already a familiar face within the Wimpy family, Del’s vast experience of the brand comes from working alongside his father Herjit, who has been a Wimpy franchisee for many years.
A spokesman for Wimpy UK said: “We are delighted that work has now begun on the new restaurant and we can’t wait to welcome customers through the doors. As soon as we have a firm opening date, we will be sharing the good news.”
