TWO LONDON teenagers have admitted to taking a car in Slough.
The boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons as they are 15 and 16 years old, commandeered a Skoda worth £9,000.
They committed the theft offence at a residential property on Beresford Avenue on March 28, 2021.
The 15-year-old, from Newham, boy then proceeded to drive the Skoda Superb before being stopped.
Appearing at Reading Magistrates’ Court on April 6, the boys both admitted to one count of trespass and one count of taking a vehicle without consent each.
The 15-year-old also admitted to driving without insurance.
On April 25, the pair will be sentenced at Barkingside Magistrates' Court.
Prior to this, they must not leave their homes between 7pm and 7am daily and are not to contact one another.
They have also been banned from entering Berkshire prior to sentencing.
