BRACKNELL Forest Council will start to make council tax energy rebate payments to households from tomorrow (April 25).
The £150 will be made to qualifying residents in council tax bands A to D who paid by direct debit on April 1.

The council said households can expect to see the money in their bank accounts by Friday, April 29.
And for those who paid their council tax by direct debit on April 20 and qualify for the payments will receive them by Friday, May 6.
Households in bands A to D who don’t pay by direct debit can complete the online form on the Bracknell Forest website.
Any household registering who qualify for the scheme can expect to receive their payments by the end of May.

If you are unable to register you can call Customer Services on 01344 352000 with your council tax number, sort code and account number, bank name and branch and account holder name to hand.
The council is also considering proposals to allocate the discretionary funding that it has been provided with to support low income households that don’t qualify for the scheme.
