A MAN has been ordered to pay almost £200 for speeding in London.
Andrew Morgan, 52 of Macbeth Court, Warfield, was caught speeding over the 20mph limit on Blackfriars Bridge, January 27.
The Volkswagen driver was driving over the speed limit on the A10, A201, A3 and A3211 GLA roads and GLA side roads in the City of London and London Boroughs of Camden, Hackney, Islington and Tower Hamlets.

Morgan pleased guilty at a heading in City Of London Magistrates' Court on April 19.
He was ordered to pay a £166 fine, fund victim services of £34 and costs of £85.
Morgan was also disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 days.
He has to pay the fill amount of £285 by May 17.
