Bracknell has been named as one of the most expensive areas to rent in the UK.
With house prices rocketing in recent years and the younger generation finding it hard to get on the property ladder, many people have turned to renting.
In a recent study conducted by PlumbNation, various factors have been analysed such as monthly wages, number of jobs, safety, cost of utilities and average rental costs.

This reveals which locations are best for renters and which are the most and least affordable.
Overall, it has been calculated that the commuter town of Bracknell has an average rent of £1,946 a month. It has been revealed that after Cambridge this is the 5th most expensive.
This comes in at almost £400 more expensive than the average rent in the capital. The rent prices in London are estimated at £1,572 a month.
The most expensive rental location is Oxford and the least expensive is Burnley in Lancashire.
