Mr Ilze can now sell kebabs, burgers, chicken nuggets and fish and chips from 4pm to 10pm all week.
Permission was granted by planning officer Basia Polnik on Friday, May 27.

Materials used for commercial centre approved (22/00032/COND)
The materials used for the redevelopment of the Bracknell Commercial Centre in Old Bracknell Lane West have been approved.
The new building will be made of a mixture of bricks and cladding, with a green roof provided.
Details of the site layout have also been submitted which includes at least 14 parking spaces for tipper trucks, 13 bin collection vehicles, two tractor spaces, and also spaces for 12 tonne trucks, 7.5 tonne trucks and regular parking spaces for staff.
The redevelopment of the commercial centre was approved on December 16, 2021.
Works involve replacing existing buildings with one new two storey building which will have workshops on the ground floor with office space above.
Conversion of garage into nursery space (Wokingham app 221335)
Here, Waverley School in Finchampstead has applied to convert a double garage into nursery space to provide six baby spaces for Nursery Building 1.
It has also applied to build two single storey extensions to Nursery Building 2.
If the application is approved, a total of 10 new nursery spaces will be created.
Waverley School is an independent nursery and preparatory for children aged three months to 11 years.
New home application in Woodley (Wokingham app 221397)
Mr and Mrs David Camfield, the owners of 7 The Ridgeway in Woodley, have applied to build a new four bedroom home on the land they own.
The plan involves demolishing an existing garage and replacing it with a 2.5-storey house of traditional design.
The new home would make use of existing land at 7 The Ridgeway, with the garden and driveway being segregated to create a wholly separate dwelling.
It would come with an open plan kitchen, living and dining room downstairs, and a bathroom upstairs, with one bedroom being an ensuite.
