A huge plan to build 230 homes and a new rugby club for a village in Berkshire has been revealed.
Developers David Wilson Homes have unveiled a plan to build the homes on current farmland off New Bath Road in Twyford.
The site is located north of the right and next to The Piggot School.
Overhead images show the land is currently being used for crop farming in polytunnels.

David Wilson Homes wants to transform the land into a housing development, and are hosting a public exhibition at Loddon Hall for the public to view the proposals.
Notably, the proposed development could potentially provide a new rugby ground for Rams RFC, which is currently located further south in Sonning.
Andy Lynch, chairman of the Rams, said: “Rams success in National 1 and our thriving youth section means we have outgrown our current ground.
“We want to offer all children from local state schools the opportunity to play a team sport to as high a level as those in private education.
“To help achieve this aim we need to move to bigger, better facilities. I would encourage anyone interested in these exciting plans to visit the public exhibition or project website to learn more about how the proposals could be a huge boost for our community.”
The public exhibition is taking place at Loddon Hall in Loddon Hall Road, Twyford from 1.30pm to 6pm on Wednesday, June 15.
David Wilson Homes is holding a pre application consultation on the scheme, with the aim of submitting an outline planning application to Wokingham Borough Council in the future.

The developers have said the proposal would provide a mix of homes with a range of tenures, 40 per cent of which would be affordable.
They have also promised to provide play areas and open spaces for future occupants, as well as enhanced landscaping and walking and cycling routes through the development.
David Wilson Homes proposal is yet another large sized housing scheme for Twyford.
Last year, developers Croudace Homes submitted a plan to build 200 homes south of New Bath Road at Bridge Farm.

Meanwhile, Berkeley Group is pushing to build a 2,500 home development and a new train station on land to the north east of Twyford in Ruscombe.
