South Hill Park play area is set for a revamp this month.
The play area, which is located near the terrace, is set to receive a significant makeover to help to refresh the existing facilities and improve its accessibility for families.
The refurbishments are due to start on Monday, June 13 and will be temporarily closed to the public while the work is underway.
Bracknell Forest Council expects the new facilities to be available by the start of the summer holidays.
Executive Member for Culture, Delivery and Public Protection, Cllr John Harrison, said: “There are many fantastic features in the new toddler play area, which we hope will become just as popular with our residents.
“The play area will be on one level, with several areas for families to explore and enjoy. There will be new play equipment, play panels and games available, together with some traditional old favourites.
“Some of the exciting new play features include musical flowers, a rain wheel and a new sensory area, which contains tactile features.
“We are working towards reopening the play area by the start of the summer holidays. In the meantime, we ask our residents to please bear with us while the improvements are underway.”
