Hurst Morris People are poised for a tour of local pubs and other dance spots during the next four weeks as summer fetes and fayres pop up across the county.
Their hectic schedule begins with an appearance at the Hurst Show and County Fayre on Saturday, June 25, before shows at the Castle Inn Hurst on Tuesday, June 28, Elephant and Castle on July 7, The Stag and Hounds Binfield on July 14 and The Wheelwright’s Arms on July 21.
This busy summer is no new phenomenon, with two performances last weekend, including one in sight of Windsor Castle.
If you are interested in learning how to Morris dance, Hurst Morris People have taster sessions on September 22 and 29 at 8pm at Hurst Village Hall, School Road, Hurst, RG10 0BP.
If interested, email contact@hump.org.uk, call 0776 1222 390 or visit www.hump.org.uk and @hurstmorris on Facebook.
