Temperatures in Bracknell are set to hit a scorching 36C as the heatwave peaks on Monday and Tuesday.
The Met Office issued an amber alert to the town, meaning serious health effects are likely to be experienced by those vulnerable to extreme heat.
The wider population are also in danger of dehydration, nausea, fatigue and other heat related illnesses.

The heatwave will pose a ‘danger to life’ on the fringes of Bracknell, as well as Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead as it becomes subject to the UK’s first ever ‘red alert’ temperature warning.
