A property investment company has bought 5.15 acres of commercial land in Bracknell dedicated to sustainable facilities to include EV-charging point.
Kier Property acquired the industrial and logistics site on Longshot Lane, Bracknell, from Reliance Worldwide Corporation, located in the heart of the commercial district.
This will target sustainable infrastructure development (BREEAM) excellence and incorporate EV charging points, LED lighting and cycle storage facilities.
Under the Logistics City brand, a grade A logistics unit will be built totalling 100,000 sq ft, including a first-floor office.
