Two men have been charged with burglary after allegedly stealing gold from an Ascot home.
Tom Giles-Wyatt, aged 31, and Lee Wickenden, aged 34, both of Grange Road in Romford, have each been charged with one count of burglary.
This comes after a burglary was reported at a property on New Road, Ascot, at 3.15pm on Monday, August 1.
Police say offenders broke into the address, searched the property and stole and amount of gold.
Giles-Wyatt and Wickenden were arrested on Tuesday, August 2 in connection with the incident and were charged on August 3.
They are due to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on August 4.
