A large amount of expensive jewellery and watches have been stolen from an Ascot house early last week according to Thames Valley Police.
Between August 8 and August 10, the offenders forced entry to a house on Devenish Road, Sunningdale.
After disabling the gate entry system, they forcefully entered the property via a secure front door lock.

During the burglary, police have said that the whole house was ransacked until they found a locked safe inside the wardrobe and forced it open.
Following this incident police have issued advise for people when choosing the type of safe in which to to store valuables.
They said: “Safes are only as secure as whatever it is they are set into.
“The base of wardrobes is a popular place as there is a space below the base of the wardrobe and the floor, to conceal it – but – most wardrobes are made of MDF / Chipboard and it is very easy to lever them out.
“If you want a safe – which we recommend – think about a more secure location.”
