A teenager has been rushed to hospital after sustaining serious head injuries during an incident in Bracknell.

The attack occurred between 4:30pm and 5:30pm on Wednesday, August 17 between the Tesco Express on Horndean Road and Farningham House, Winkfield Row.

The victim was found by Farningham House after two men were seen running from the direction of the Tesco Express.

He was quickly taken to John Radcliffe Hospital where he is said to remain in critical but stable condition.

Thames Valley Police are appealing for anyone to come forward who many have witnessed the incident.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant, Marcus Burrows, based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “Also, if you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were driving in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.

“I would like to reassure the community that this was an isolated incident.
