A man has sadly passed away after police were called to an incident in Millennium Way yesterday morning.
Thames Valley Police rushed to the scene at 2:30am on Thursday, September 22 when they were alerted about a ‘fear of welfare’ incident.
Residents first noticed police situated at the entrance to The Lexicon car park on Millennium Way at 6:30am where a forensic police tent and police cars could be seen.

A spokesperson from Thames Valley Police said: “Officers attended the scene and sadly a man was confirmed to be deceased.
“The man’s next of kin have been informed and are being offered support and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.
“At this time, we believe there to be no suspicious circumstances in connection with the death and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
During the investigation yesterday, Millennium Way between Western Roundabout and the MET Office Roundabout was cordoned off.
