The latest and final phase of hundreds of homes being built in Warfield is to go ahead as dozens more get the green light.
Land to the north of Harvest Ride and east of West End Lane, dubbed ‘Phase 10’, will also see the construction of new access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure following approval by Bracknell Forest Council.
It is the latest stage of the huge 750-home Warfield plan, first approved in 2014, which includes a retirement home, primary school, and the north-south link road between Harvest Ride and Forest Ride.
The development site lies in close proximity to Warfield Primary School.

Berkeley Homes’s approved plan outlines the 39 family homes to be built on the 57.3-hectare plot. They comprise a mix of one to five-bedroom apartments and houses – with 25 per cent earmarked as ‘affordable housing’.
Building heights will generally be two-storey with some two-and-a-half and three-storey blocks to be used to “define spaces, turn corners and emphasise ‘stop to views’”.
Car parking has been incorporated in a variety of ways, including on-plot, on-road and in courtyards, with one space provided for one-bedroom units, two spaces for two and three-bedroom units and a minimum of three spaces for four and five-bedroom units.
The site rests on the edge of the Cut River Park public open space – part of the overall Berkeley Homes Warfield development – and the plan outlines the creation of a new footpath and cycleway, which would connect to the wider active travel network.
Phases 6 and 7 of the plan, comprising 157 new homes, are currently under construction.
