A 77-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with child abduction, indecent assault and kidnap of a girl following an incident over 30 years ago.
Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police Cold Case Team, Robert Frid, 77, of no fixed abode appeared in Reading Magistrates Court today (19/10).
The alleged offences took place in September 1986 where the victim was a three-year-old girl.
Frid was remanded in custody, and is due to appear before Reading Crown Court on 21 November.
